The Winter BeerFest Burlington is a 19+ event.
There are no refunds on any ticket purchases.

What are the Festival hours?

Friday 4-11 PM

Saturday 3-10 PM

How much are tickets and where can I get them?

Tickets start at $20 online only and are $25 at the door. You’ll want to get them early as there is a limited number available for each day and they can sell out. Tickets can be bought in advance right here on the website.

What is included in my ticket?

When you arrive at the Festival Entrance you will be given a Festival Sampling Glass.

​

How big are samples?

Each sample is 6 ounces and will be served in your Festival glass.

​

What do additional sample tokens cost?

Sample tokens will be for sale inside the Festival for $3.00/token, tax included.

​

Is the event cash only?

We accept cash, debit and major credit cards throughout the Festival (entrance, swag and refill samples).

​

Will anything other than beer be available to sample?

There will be wide selection of Craft beer and Food support by a small cross section of, wine and Ready to Drink beverages, so we have something for everyone to enjoy.

Is Winter Beer Festival Wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the entire event is wheelchair accessible.

Does Winter Beer Festival need volunteers?

Do you provide refunds or exchanges for inclement weather?

We have a no refunds/exchange policy.

Are pets allowed?

Accessibility to animals are permitted, however, the venue is not equipped to allow guests to bring their pets.

Can I bring my child?

Children under the age of 3 and your strollers are permitted before 8 pm.

​

What kind of food will be available to purchase?

We have a variety of options on-site though the specific menu is still being developed.

​

Do you have an option for designated drivers? Will there be non-alcoholic beverages available?

Designated Drivers will still have to pay the entrance charge but once you are inside the festival there will be a station where they can get water, pop and snacks free of charge.

Smoking policy

There is a designated smoking area just outside of the festival.

​

Intoxicated Guests

All guests of the Burlington Winter Beer Festival are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe, responsible means of transportation before leaving the Hotel. Any guest who is intoxicated before entering the event may be denied entry to the event space. Any guest found intoxicated within the event and causing a disturbance, as determined by management, will be asked to leave the event without a refund and may be subject to further consequences
